Flip-Up Towing Position
Each mirror can be manually rotated into a vertical towing position to provide a wider viewing angle around trailers, campers and other loads. The larger viewing area helps drivers monitor adjacent traffic during lane changes, backing and parking.
These mirrors flip upward but are not power-folding or power-extending. Your hands still have a job, apparently.
Power Adjustment and Heated Glass
Power adjustment lets the driver reposition the mirror glass using the factory interior controls. Integrated heating elements assist with clearing condensation, light frost, snow and ice.
Both functions require the truck to have compatible factory wiring. Installing heated mirrors on a truck without a heated-mirror circuit will not automatically add the feature.
Construction
The assemblies use textured ABS exterior housings and reinforced aluminum mounting bases. This combination is intended to provide stable mirror support while resisting vibration and exposure to ordinary towing and driving conditions.
Verify Factory Features
Before ordering, confirm that the truck originally uses:
- Power-adjustable mirrors
- Heated mirror glass
- Compatible electrical connectors
- Matching mounting locations
Also verify whether the vehicle requires integrated turn signals, puddle lamps, memory, auto-dimming glass or temperature sensors. This listing does not identify those features, so they should not be assumed.
