Very good price. So far, this alternator has done its job. No issues with it.

Fit as it should. Charge voltage came back to 14.1 volts. I used a spare battery on the passenger seat with jumper cables to get the Yaris home.I found the 14 mm pivot bolt on a 2009 so tight that I couldn’t get it to break free. At 75 years old I’m not as strong as I once was, but it was very tight. Clearance was a problem to add any leverage. I tied some paracord to the open end side of a 14 mm open end/box wrench and taped it with electrical tape to keep it from slipping back. I then positioned the end of a 24″ long bar against a bracket located basically above the alternator pulley. I shortened the wrench paracord and tied it off tightly to the bar. While holding the box end wrench against the bolt head I levered the bar up against the paracord. The pivot bolt broke loose easily. A crow bar and any strong cord should work as well. Added: I forgot to mention that the 2009 never gave any alternator or low voltage dash warning. My granddaughter said she was leaving a drive thru when the power steering stopped working. She pulled into a parking space and shut off the engine. When she tried to restart, the engine wouldn’t turn over. The Yaris has electric power steering (same as the Prius). If your Yaris power steering gets wonky I would first check for proper system voltages.

Seems like solid construction. I put this into a 2006 V6 4.0L Tacoma Pre-Runner. Everything seems to be good.

It is not recommended to buy it. The first alternator I received was defective and could not be installed, and the second one was broken after only three months of use.
