Lowering Your Mustang: Facts, Not Instagram Myths
Lowering a 1994–2004 Mustang correctly matters. The SCITOO coilover kit allows adjustable ride height, letting you dial in:
-
A mild 1–1.5” drop for daily driving
-
A more aggressive 2”+ drop for street/show use
Important reality check:
Lower isn’t always better. Slam it too far and you lose suspension travel, introduce bump steer, and start grinding exhaust faster than your patience.
SCITOO’s matched spring rates help keep suspension travel usable, which is critical on aging Mustang chassis with limited factory geometry forgiveness.

For the cost I have no complaints. The rear springs are way to stiff for the rear of my mustang. It was like a dam pogo stick. so i am staying with the Eibach springs in the rear. The front is fine. Height adjustment is not easy as compared to expensive coilovers but once its set your done. If you want a cheap set of coil overs these work great. Im not disappointed for what they cost.
