Pads seem like they’re great quality and they installed easily. Just make sure you’re using the correct hardware for your car. I put the wrong set in first as this comes with different sizes and the brakes made a horrible squealing sound when I first drove the car. Swapped the hardware for the correct size and it was no longer rubbing on the rotor.

These pads stop well, no unusual noises when installed, came with all needed clips etc, everything fit and no filing needed. 2011 Element EX.

Seriously, it came with like 20 extra clamps, a few of each for different mounting systems that different cars use. I only needed two clamps for each of my two front brakes. The other 20+ will probably just waste away in my garage as I have no use for them.The breaks are more dusty than I imagined and would like to see, but I don’t really mind as I don’t need a squeaky clean car lol. The brake dust comes off pretty easily with a pressure washer at the car wash. Mounting was easy enough, given you have the required hardware, which is NOT INCLUDED. If you don’t know what you need, just Google it.I have noticed that if I spray WD-40 on the parts where metal-to-metal contact occurs, it eliminates almost 100% of the noise. Even when you stomp on the brakes really hard, they are not very loud.As for longevity, these are looking like they will last a good 2 years or so (I drive about 1,500-2,000 miles a month. For about an hour’s worth of work and $30, you cannot go wrong.If you are the kind of person who wants/expects quality at a fair price, then look no further than these brakes! I hope this helps you out!

Luckily, I have 3 9th generation civics in my family, and I’m the one who maintains them, so I’ve had a chance to try different pads.These EHT 914 pads are great. Compared to my previous pads, they have much improved bite. Like my old pads, they are quiet, fit great (thanks for the included hardware!), and have moderate dusting. I think I may buy these again in the future, if the akebono asp pads (I’ve always wanted to try those) don’t drop a little in price.Highly recommended.BTW the others I’ve used are KFE 914 and AC Delco 17D915C, both of which are also very good, but just had less initial bite.

Bought these 6 months ago, and they are worn out already. I’m not a race car driver…. this is my daily drive car for work.Mainly highway miles, some stop and go, but not jamming on them for emergency stops. Not hard on my brakes. Tell-tale broke off so no warning, and the awful grinding sound was the brake plate. So, off to the parts store for a set of brakes and rotors.
