The cover doesn’t close on 2005 Tacoma 6 feet bed – which is 2nd gen – so all 2nd gen are fleet side beds. I tried 2 separate orders and both had same problem. I confirmed the cover is about 1/4 inch too short to close no matter how I try to adjust. Per attach pics, I confirm installation below. Any ideas on a fix?1. confirm 90 degree right angles on side rail and bulkhead2. the clamps went inside utility track was tried both completely loose as well as lightly tightened for adjustment ease3. tried adjusting tension plateAll this didn’t help since the cover was too short to close. I watch multiple youtube and think I am doing install correctly but this seems like a design issue on 6ft bed covers

Bought this for when I moved and needed a cover for my bed to cover my luggages and things. While it did keep it “covered” there multiple times the screws or the handle that locks it down got loose. One the key ring locks broke off but that might have been after my move when I was picking up a large item for my truck, but regardless for the low cost I paid it served its purpose. Security can be better as it’s vinyl but I knew what I was getting into. I wouldn’t say it’s 100% water resistance but it covers well. Also light. Installation was ok. Took me a little time but I figured it out. I should also note that the fit is okay on my Tacoma . It’s slightly off but it’s not a big deal to me as it might be for others .
