Easy to install and everything plus it looks fantastic with an exposed front bumper.the rubber lined washers for the banjo bolts leak and must be tightened to uncomfortable levels to stop them from leaking. If I were building these kits I’d use an aluminum crush gasket instead. But I’d still recommend the kit.

There really is nothing direct fit about this. there were no instructions included in box at all. just a paper that says to view their website for instructional video. The video is about 7 years old. and I have no idea what car was used, but my car 2003 350z had none of the holes shown in the video, I had to drill my own holes, then I had to cut more into the plastic bumper so I was able to hold the nuts to mount the bracket.Also there were missing nuts, I had to supply my own nuts to mount the bracket. I’m not normally one to complain about having to do a little extra work to make something work(or even one to leave reviews on amazon), but at almost $400 for a “direct fit” kit, I expect to get what I pay for. I honestly don’t care how well this thing performs at this point, the installation and parts missing already makes this a 2 star. I feel like I could have pieced together my own oil cooler for half the price and had a better time installing than this one. I’m honestly surprised no one on here has a similar review.If you are reading this and considering it for your G/Z, I would definitely encourage you to research other options. When following the video guide, I had one hole that lined up with the bracket. the next hole that would be close, was about 3 inches from even touching the bracket. I would recommend something like this if you don’t mind doing a little extra cutting/drilling but at this price, its not worth it at all.Also following their video and mounting the cooler, the “M” for mishimoto is upside down! you have the option of mounting with the M upside down or turning it away so no logo shows at all.

Mishimoto products are one of the leaders in aftermarket upgrades for your car. I’m a novice, but I am mechanically sound and the parts are easy to install and make sense. I have installed their radiator and thermostat along with the oil catch can and will be installing the oil cooler to compliment that and help my engine perform better. I’ve asked several race shops and service advisors on mishimoto products and all of them have said nothing but high praise and you get what you pay for.

Every Z that lives in a warm environment should have one. The item is very well built. My only issue is that the hoses were too long by about 6 inches.

Finally got around to installing this. I took my time and was very cautious as to not cause any leaks. I get everything setup and immediately have a large leak at the factory assembled fittings on the hoses. I think I have made it less craptastic, but for the price of this kit it should not be such a common problem.
