Product description

🌬 Why Choose a MERV 13 Cabin Filter?
Most standard cabin filters fall between MERV 6–8 — barely adequate for dust and pollen. MERV 13, however, is the same filtration grade used in hospitals and clean-room environments.
MERV 13 Benefits
-
Captures particles as small as 0.3 microns, including:
-
Fine dust
-
Allergens
-
Mold spores
-
Traffic pollution
-
Diesel particulates
-
Smoke
-
Micro-pollen
-
Your A/C doesn’t struggle as much, the air smells fresher, and interior surfaces stay cleaner longer.

🌫 Activated Carbon = Advanced Odor Control
In addition to fine particulate filtration, the activated carbon layer absorbs:
-
Exhaust fumes
-
VOCs
-
Road odors
-
Pet smells
-
Industrial pollution
-
Moisture-based HVAC odors
Perfect for city drivers, commuters, and anyone sensitive to smells.

⚡ Improved HVAC Performance
A fresh CF11920 filter helps your Ford or Lincoln:
-
Cool faster
-
Defrost quicker
-
Maintain stronger airflow
-
Protect the evaporator from dust buildup
-
Reduce blower motor strain
This is especially noticeable in the Escape and Focus platforms, which rely heavily on efficient airflow for quick temperature changes.

🔧 Replacement Interval
Replace every:
-
12,000–15,000 miles, or
-
6–12 months depending on driving environment
Replace sooner if you notice:
-
Weak airflow
-
Musty odors
-
Excess dashboard dust
-
Longer defrost times
-
More allergies while driving

A mouse got into my wife’s heating and engine air filter .There was an oder. So I replaced the cabin air filter .I didn’t even know it had one wow it needed to be changed. Then I got the care going and sprayed lysol through the fresh air intake to clean out the duct vents etc. It worked great.

Installed this cabin air filter in my Ford Escape and noticed an immediate improvement in air quality. The MERV 13 filter media catches fine dust and pollen, and the activated carbon layer really helps remove odors and exhaust fumes. The filter fit perfectly in the factory housing and was easy to install in just a few minutes. For under ten dollars you get an OEM-quality replacement that keeps the cabin air fresh and clean. Highly recommended for anyone replacing their cabin filter.

Do not buy your cabin air filters anywhere else! this was such a great price and I was able to replace the cabin air filter in my ford focus on my own. I only had to google my year and model to see where it was located. Perfect fit and got the job done in under 10 minutes!

Relatively easy to install in 2013 & 2018 Ford Escape – if you can stretch without too much pain. The other thing I did after replacing filter, I turned on the air conditioner to max and made sure outside air was allowed into the car. I sprayed Lysol disinfectant into the air intake that is located below the windshield in front of the car. The disinfectant gets sucked in and deodorizes the air ducts and eliminates any mold and smell that may be present. Do not use sparingly. Give it a good steady spray. Let the air conditioner operate for at least 5-10 minutes. Inside of the car will smell fresh. Works just great.
