I took a gamble with this since the 300 and the charger platform are essentially the same car with different body styling. Seemed to come well packaged with foam and all, but with further inspection as everyone stated in other reviews so far, the one end was bent slightly. I was able to bend it back straight by hand. Looked good as it should have been. I have a 2016 charger r/t when attempting to place a strut bar on the plastic engine cover sticks up too high not giving the clearance that you need. Keep in mind the description doesn’t say anything about fitting my car. So I took the plastic engine cover off, and that allowed the clearance for the brace to slide full lay down in position. Once bolted down, you have at least an inch and a half clearance between the intake Plenum and the strut brace. Which should be plenty of room for engine flex, if your motor twists anything more than that your motor mounts are probably shot. So it will fit a 2016 charger. You just have to remove the plastic cover on the 5.7 hemi. I also noticed there must be some thing with the bolt pattern, placing the brace on one way it fits rotate at 180° It doesn’t fit There’s nothing that indicates left or right, but try both directions before drilling or beating on it.

It arrived in a timely fashion and it looks good. However I have to do some fabrication to it because one of the holes is off and one of the flanges at the end of the strut Tower brace was bent at a 45° angle for some weird reason.

I had time to open the box today to check this thing out and one mounting ear is slightly bent, the other is straight at the intended angle. I don’t know if it will make any difference in mounting it up or it’s functionality but bet a little gentle action with a soft headed hammer and a chunk of wood would level it back out.I was going to take it out and see if it looks like it will mount up with what my 06 RT has in place now but will probably check on either fixing it myself or see if the seller will replace it.I will update once I get something figured out.it seems like a good deal as long as you get a good one.UPDATE, they sent me a new one very quickly. It had a very slight warp on one mounting ear but not as bad as the first one so I flattened it out and installed it. I did have to fight with it a bit and I pounded both ends in place one at a time with the rubber hammer so I could work it over the strut bolts. Once both ends were in place, I just screwed them down tight and it fits. I don’t think a slight bend really makes much difference as if it fits over the bolts it will pull itself in place.Right now can’t really tell any difference but I haven’t really thrashed it into corners.I’m happy enough with it considering the quick replacement and the value for what you get, just might have to work with it a bit.
