Assembly and install was relatively easy. The kit is meant for multiple vehicles. For anyone with a 2025 Maverick, I would recommend NOT installing the bed foam at the front of the bed.The quality is relatively good for the cover itself, being a very dense polymer cover. The crossbeams are a sturdy square frame of metal, seemingly aluminum. It’s survived multiple monsoons and the bed has stayed dry, but that may vary by climate.The quality does go down at the rear latches. They’re catch-latches made out of rather weak plastic that I can tell won’t last past 6 years. Another rather annoying aspect is that when folded back the buckle clips are very stiff, and when it’s not those buckle clips float freely, making a very annoying rattle against the rear window. Some plasti-dip on that portion of the buckle fixes it.It’s still a soft cover, so you’re only keeping out the (somewhat) honest people. Anyone with a blade can still get in from the top, but if you lock your bed 99% of the time you’ll be fine.Would definitely recommend as a stop-gap if you want a cover but don’t want to shell out hundreds for a hardshell right away.

We have a new ford maverick and we’ve been wanting a cover for a year now. This was super easy to install, my 12 year old helped. It took 10 minutes tops to install and so far it’s worked perfectly. It’s been rained on and we’ve driven around with it and it hasn’t flapped or leaked. The quality is super nice, and while it’s not the hard cover, it works just as good as any other cover for 10 times the price. Very very happy with the quality of this and the ease of installation.
