It is very sturdy and maintains its shape very well. I mounted it to a Volkswagon Golf that I’m turning into a pho Euro racer.

I installed the hood scoop on the hood of a 2016 titan XD platinum reserve

This bonnet hood scoop was purchased for my 2009 Hyundai Accent so modifications were needed. Also, the ram air flow inlet vent is one solid piece of plastic that is not fastened to the scoop so I have riveted the scoop and vent together, drilled holes between each honey comb and cut out my hood for air flow. Overall, with kitty hair fiberglass body filler, purchased on Amazon, transformation is possible and I am getting closer to the painting process. Anyway, good product but pricey for a piece of plastic and pretend bonnet hood scoop.

This is a very nice looking hood. Scoop, only one problem is that it collapses in the heat. So instead of filling the holes that I drilled too Fasten it down. I decided to buy another one and reinforce it underneath the underside so hopefully it doesn’t collapse like the first 1 did.!!!!

Pulled out of the package and the vent side is all warped to the point where the vent insert would not fit properly

There was nothing I didn’t like about it

Love the look, need better support for seller
The reason I bought this scoop was my last one ( that was tapped down by previous owner) flew off on the highway. This time I absolutely wanted it bolted to the hood. There are many copies of this hood out there(some less expensive). This one for sure had the two pegs that you have to drill holes in your hood to secure the front of the scoop. I noticed another one which was more expensive had hardware to secure it in 6 other places( tabs that you insert U clips). When I looked at this one it had the same things. So I started to ask all the different company and they all said just use the double sided tape. No one was very helpful. So I went to the hardware store and spent 10-15$ on hardware and secured it.(See second picture with U clips on the tabs)They should know why those tabs are there and included the hardware. Also they should have a paper template that you can put on your hood to help with the figment and drilling. Other then that the instructions were very good. There are two fine lines on the sides or the scoop where it bends. I vinyl wrapped mine so those lines showed. Finally the fake mesh insert was pushing up my scoop. I followed all the direction for the three different size double sided tape and it wouldn’t stay flat on the hood. I just went without and sprayed the underside with black paint. So now it’s looks real and I could make it operational in the future if I want.So that is my review,5/5 for the look, 4/5 for the price and 3/5 for the support. Overall 4/5!
