I never done body work and even I could install these. I used 2 part epoxy adhesive and stainless steel pop rivets. My old rocker shells were beginning to rust through. I cut out the bad parts leaving a lip to attatch these to on the top and bottom edge.

These are very thick not some thin piece of crap I’d say heavy duty. Have not installed them yet but I gave them 100% I’d purchase if I were you if you need them. Now the next question is going to ask me where they need to install but I like I said I have not installed them yet but I’m going to say they are you have to cut the fit that’s the thing with any body parts you go to put on you don’t know what you’re doing don’t do it have somebody else do it. And just so in case anybody else I don’t know what the thickness of it is but I know they’re very thick heavy duty. You will have to take and remove the bed and the doors for the truck to install these. Same with rockers panels you’d have to remove the front fender also.

Was delivered by US Mail and they put a red tag on it saying box was received in bad condition. And yes all bent up even the cab corners were bent. NOT happy

I put the Rockers on a 2005 Chevy ext cab. Nice heavy duty material. Had to trim alittle bit of the edge to make it fit
