It stated it would fit our truck but rear flares do not fit. Can’t return since they have been painted to match the truck.

I got this for my husband for Christmas I know nothing about fender flares I ordered this the product is amazing looks great but they have two sizes this one is for a long bed and he has a short bed I messed up you can see in the picture it covers the gas lid the customer service has been working with me and they’ve been awesome we’ll update again after we get the right one his truck is a 2012 Chevy Silverado I measured the bed it’s six foot but if you measure all the way to the bumper it’s six and a half foot I thought this one would work I even put in the information to see if it would fit and it said yes so if you have a similar truck just know you have to buy there are other kit that has the cut out for the gas cap

Put these on my rusty 13 year old Chevy Silverado 1509 since it’s not worth paying to have the thousands of $ worth of body work done to fix the rust. This was an inexpensive alternative, and they look great! These do take a few hours from start of assembly to being finished mounting. My kit was missing two of the washers, but lucky I had some laying around in my garage that were a close enough match that it’s not noticeable unless you’re really looking closely. The mounting of the front flares uses all factory original screws already in the truck, so the fronts were quick and very simple to install. The mounting brackets for rear fenders seemed mediocre, and the portions along the top of the wheel well were rusted gone so I couldn’t use the mounting hardware at all. Instead, I used about 8 or 10 sheet metal screws that were 1” long on each of the rear fenders, zipping in the screws one at a time and checking the fender was still fitting flush against the truck as I added each new screw. Was it a bit of a hassle; yes, but worth it to me to install myself rather than pay someone else to do it.Also, many reviewers disliked the rubber fender flare trim that comes with this kit. I agree, trim looks like it’ll fall off and doesn’t have any body tape to hold it on at all. I didn’t waste any time trying to use the trim that comes with the kit. Instead I ordered “Bushwacker Fender Trim Universal Replacement C-Channel Style Black 00004201” which was a perfect fit and excellent construction with 3m body tape to adhere to the fender, and I had over 3 feet of extra bushwacker trim left after I completed the four fenders.Overall, worth the hassle for the improvements in appearance of the truck and money savings by doing it myself.

I received this package way ahead of the shipment date so I was very pleased to see that. After unboxing, the product seemed to look great. It was exactly what I had ordered. I installed the bolts into the pockets on all the fenders. That all was easy and went very well. That is where the positives end. The adhesive trim is not only not an adhesive, it is also a huge pain to get on and have it stay on. After wrestling with that, I installed the front fenders which went easier than expected. I then proceeded to try and install the rear fenders. The instructions are terrible. The pictures are very difficult to see and the writing is filled with errors and impossible to follow. The hardware for installation is awful and finally the final fit is awful. I would not advise any one to buy this product or any of the similar products in this price range. You get what you pay for and in this scenario, it isn’t much.

You get what you pay for.. I see alot of negative reviews. But there’s a reason these are under $100. Instructions yes were a total joke. The flares them selves are nice but a bit aggressive for a stock truck. I picked them up for a cheap option to hide the rust on my bed. Install takes about 30 mins per corner to get fitment right and tight. I drilled and used 4 holes on the back flares to actually mount it to my bed so it doesn’t fly off. The fronts use stock wheel well screws so they were decently tight fitting. If you just fly thru the install, they will fit and look terrible. Spend some time…..go slowly and they will line up pretty good. It surely looks alot better then the rusted out bed wheel well.

These arrived real fast and were packaged well so they weren’t bent or deformed. Installation was pretty quick. Putting the rivets on the fenders took longer than putting the fenders on my truck. I didn’t use the provided clips and opted for screwing them into the flange on the rear fenders. Hopefully they hold up to the harsh North Dakota winters. I guess time will tell.
