I was doubtful buying auto parts like this on Amazon but this purchase was a good one. I put this in my 03 Subaru. It was the easiest alternator I’ve ever installed. IT’S HORRIBLE! A WASTE OF MY TIME, I SAY! UGGHHH! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY THIS CHEAP, TOO-GOOD-TO-BE-TRUE ALTERNATOR REPLACEMENT AGAIN.To be specific about what happened: My alternator failed on my 2013 Honda Odyssey EX-L 3.5 V6. I bought this alternator for two reasons: It was cheap, and it was available FAST. All the parts houses around had no alternator that fit my time and budget. At the time, I ended up finding out it was too good of a steal when the alternator was installed and was identical to the old one, but, yet, beyond having the proper specifics, I ended up wasting a whole day because the alternator is useless. It does not work. I repeat: Poorly built junk! Disappointed. Never again! This digital world of texting reviews does not express the real pain I’m truly showing. I’m spending my money elsewhere.

Wasn’t a direct fit. Had to modify the mount by cutting it to fit in our Ody. The connector I had to cut and modify to fit as well. Lastly it looks like it’s giving me a hard time getting the serpentine belt back on too. Might have to take it out and just go OEM… sucks!!!
