Specification:
– Adjustable Damper: Non Adjustable Damper.
– Adjustable Height: Yes, lowering 5 to 8 cm, which allow lower center of gravity and also add a more aggressive stance. The height needs to be determined when the shock absorber is installed, and it cannot be changed after installation. If it needs to be changed, it needs to be reinstalled. (depending on vehicle models).

-
Reduced body roll
-
Improved braking stability
-
More predictable steering response
Translation: less float, more control, fewer “why does it do that?” moments.

Lowering Your Mustang: Sensible Numbers Matter
This kit allows adjustable ride height, typically supporting a 1.0–2.0 inch drop, depending on setup.
Recommended ride heights:
-
1.0–1.5 inches: Best balance for daily driving
-
1.5–2.0 inches: Aggressive street stance (alignment becomes mandatory)
Go lower and you’ll introduce:
-
Reduced suspension travel
-
Increased bump steer
-
Bottoming out on real-world roads
Lowering works when geometry still works. Slam culture disagrees—physics wins.

Package Includes:
1 x Set of Coilover Spring Kit (2 Front + 2 Rear)
1 x Pair of wrenches for height adjustment
Ride Quality: Firm, Controlled, Street-Friendly
Compared to worn OEM suspension, expect:
-
Firmer ride with better damping control
-
Less bouncing over uneven pavement
-
Improved highway stability
This setup is tuned for street use, not punishment. You’ll feel the road—but you won’t hate driving the car every day.
Alignment After Installation (Do Not Skip This)
Lowering an SN95 or New Edge Mustang always changes alignment geometry.
What changes:
-
Increased negative camber up front
-
Toe moves out of spec (tire killer #1)
-
Steering return affected by caster
Strongly recommended:
-
Professional alignment at final driving height
-
Caster/camber plates if lowering beyond ~1.25”
-
Keep toe close to factory specs for street use
Good suspension with bad alignment just eats tires faster.
Handling Improvements You’ll Notice
Once installed and aligned, the Fizzvex coilovers deliver:
-
Sharper turn-in
-
Reduced nose dive under braking
-
Less body roll
-
More confidence during spirited driving
It won’t turn your Mustang into a track legend—but it will feel tighter, newer, and far more composed than stock.
Build Quality & Ownership Notes
-
Full set of 4 coilover assemblies (front & rear)
-
Threaded bodies for precise height adjustment
-
Direct bolt-on replacement for factory components
-
Best paired with fresh sway bar end links and suspension bushings
Install tip: Use anti-seize on the threads. Adjustable suspension that seizes later is just expensive décor.
