Performance, Reliability & Drivability Benefits
These SUVs rely on consistent fuel pressure (PSI) and adequate flow volume to keep injectors operating correctly—especially under load. Weak pumps show up fast when towing, hauling, or merging with traffic in a 6,000-lb vehicle.
Replacing the fuel pump assembly:
-
Restores factory fuel pressure
-
Improves cold starts and throttle response
-
Eliminates hesitation and lean conditions
-
Stabilizes injector operation
-
Fixes inaccurate fuel gauge readings
This isn’t about more horsepower—it’s about keeping the horsepower you already paid for.

Why the E3508M Full Assembly Is the Right Repair
Modern GM fuel systems don’t like half-measures. Replacing only the pump motor while leaving a worn sending unit, clogged strainer, or tired internal regulator is how fuel problems come back quickly.
The E3508M module includes:
-
High-pressure electric fuel pump
-
Fuel level sending unit
-
Pre-filter strainer (sock)
-
Internal pressure regulation components
-
OE-style housing and electrical connectors
One install. One repair. No repeat failures.

Perfect fit for my 2000 Tahoe. I’ve had zero problems with it so far. It’s been about 8 months since the install. Also I’ve read that the fuel gauge may not work after using an aftermarket fuel pump. But I’ve had 0 issues with the gauge, it works great. I’ve also noticed.I’m getting better fuel mileage. It’s not much but it’s has improved.

Works great, had a tough time replacing the gas tank since i just filled the gas tank prior and had a bad time but pump works great would recommend.

My sister’s car sputtered and died on me a couple of times when I was driving it last year and at first I thought it was just low on gas so I managed to get it to a gas station and I put in half a tank and still couldn’t get the engine to run for more than 30 seconds.I had already suspected that her fuel pump or possibly fuel filter were causing problems with the car, we had already cleaned the fuel injectors and were still having a rough start up (had to pump the gas pedal while turning the ignition key to get the engine to catch and start up) so I bought a new fuel pump.Removing the car’s fuel tank was not fun because we had to transfer all that gas out of the tank and had to work around her spare tire which is mounted in such a way that it covers it and the crank was broken so we couldn’t move it out if the way…but that’s not the pumps fault.Anyway when we finally did get the fuel pump installed and put gas back in the tank the car started up easily, ran smoothly and hasn’t died at all since. We installed it over a year ago, my sister has put a lot of miles on the car since then and it’s still running fine.

Worked better then the one i got from auto parts store but they could also put a stronger pump in it

The fuel pump came on time, was well priced, and it worked perfectly. I appreciate that it came with the fuel pressure sensor, as some items that I viewed online did not- I’d rather buy a unit with all components up front than have to drop the tank again to replace a second part.
Lots of fun –
I bought this because my old one the gas gauge sensor on it went out but this new one I still can’t tell how much gas I have it tells me I’m on empty I put in 2 gallons of gas and it tells me I have 3/4 of a tank now my math tells me something is probably wrong in this situation see that my gas tank holds 26 gallons of gas

Pump work’s fine, after two days the fuel gauge quit working

One thing I’m gonna tell you a bitch the better PSA gives out then O’Reilly auto parts and AutoZone. Best thing I’ve ever bought very cheap, but very very well part put together.
