VALUE: On 11/21/25. 03:21 PM, the price was $30, which is high. I presume coz it’s Denso OEM brand.INSTALL EASE: Installed on a 2001 ES 300. It’s a bit tight down there. The Hardest part was carpet.STEPS:- Pull carpet under side plastic panel of center console. Then pull it under gas pedal. Pull out just enough for needed space.- Use screwdriver to lift two front circle tabs of big white cover. The back circle tab slid forward to remove cover.- Towards back there’s a panel around 1″ x 6″. At its top, squeeze tabs together and swivel it forward, then remove it- Press gas pedal for room and slide out bottom filter.- Slide top filter down and out.My filters had lots of debris on bottom of each filter. 20+ years worth? 😂- With narrow brush, remove deep, unseen debris.- Spray with canned air to remove more debris- Slide in top filter and push it up. It should stay there- Slide in bottom filter. I was able to fold it slightly at its midpoint to ease install

For all vehicles, check if they are available. Order them very important. Most vehicles are not present, unfortunately.

Took me a min to figure out where the filter was located on the car (next to the gas pedal). I pulled the old one out which appeared to be the original Lexus filter from 1999! No wonder the air didn’t seem to be blowing properly! What an improvement this was.

I bought this because 1) I can’t find this part for my car. It must be discontinued and 2) because I saw someone else in the reviews say that it fits a 94 Camry and it does! For reference, I have a 94 Camry LE 3.0. Fit perfect!

Everytime I get an oil change they keep telling me there isn’t a cabin air filter for my 1994 Toyota Camry, I didn’t believe it so I went on YouTube and found that this filter for the Lexus does indeed fit, I installed it before I wrote this review, 10/10 my car doesn’t smell like street and engine gunk.

Loved how easily it was to install. Works great.

The filter is a perfect match for my 2001 Lexus ES300 cabin filter. The filter comes in two parts, which is behind the center console. The first part is the lower filter, which can easily be extracted. The second part must be pulled down into the lower filter position then extracted. This may be tricky as the old upper filter can get stuck and must be pulled lower first then pulled left to extract. Installation requires the reverse. So the upper filter must be pushed in and lifted up into position. This was harder than I thought, but I got a small stick the length of the bottom of the filter, and was able to push the filter in and lift it up into position by using the stick as a bottom lifter, which snapped the filter into position. Then the bottom filter was pushed into position, then the cover reinstalled to complete the installation.

I try to change cabin filter on my 2001 Lexus ES300 every other year, and this charcoal version is worth extra bucks to keep that funk out of the cabin for a bit longer than regular filter, esp if you commute daily. Out with the old, in with the new, easy!
