I put this in my SxS and it works well. I barely have to turn the power up to make this sound good even in this application. I have had a lot of people tell me how good it sounds, and some say it sounds better than their car stereo. The installed stereo that came with my SxS had two speakers mounted in the front doors but didn’t have any punch at all. The sub for the installed system was way too expensive and not highly rated either. This sub added the punch I needed for a fraction of the cost. I would buy again.

Sounded okay, but didn’t last. Used 6 trips in Sxs and now it doesn’t work.

the metal attachments used to anchor the speaker should be modified for hanging the speaker which would allow wall fasteners to be installed 1st and the speaker hooked on, as designed the speaker must be placed against the wall and held in place while installing the screw fasteners.

Extremely easy set up and really convenient being it’s waterproof. The value seemed pretty good, however did not kick or provide as much bass power. It does look durable and pretty well made however does not do a job of a 900watt 10inch sub. Pyle products are just not that well made

Very good bass for the money. Slim design made it very way to install under crew cab seat. Didn’t have to remove any of the factory panels. My only complaint is the size of positive and negative connectors into the amp are very small. If running larger gauge wires you will need to trim to fit in the hole for connections. Don’t like this style battery connections. Very hard to keep the wires inside the connection. And connectors are very close together. I would suggest running or soldering the end together so loose wires don’t accidentally make contact between wires.

The combined sub and amp worked great for a few weeks. I turned it on this morning and it no longer works. Checked the fuze and wiring with no issues. Mounted internally on a 1993 jeep…

For the money, these pack a decent punch. I actually wasn’t impressed with two installed paired with a Pyle head unit, and slim Pule 6.5” speakers… the subs lacked. I did however add the Pyle capacitor 5F and it made a huge difference. Also had to add a kill switch because the CAP would have drained the battery. After I finished the Cap I’m pretty happy with the system. I’ve been installing high end stereo all my life and this pyle system quality is quite surprising. They should rename the brand… let’s see how long it all lasts! Last set of Pyle speakers and head unit lasted years before I just wanted more, so I replaced with more Pyle. Saved a ton of money and am thrilled with the results.

Amazing sub that you can completely hide in the car
I love a good bit of bass for my music but I hate the tacky look of a giant subwoofer wedged in the boot. This underseat slim amplified sub is the ideal solution and it comes in at a fair price too.It’s an active subwoofer and the built in amp makes for a very simple installation, the seperate control is a great touch and you can mount it on the side of your seat or the underside of your dashboard or anywhere really you’d prefer to have it.The bass is great and it completely enhances the music and it doesn’t take up boot space either. Amazing product and great value for money.
