Installation instructions
- Place the assembled cover on the bulkhead against the cab.
- slide the front clamp to the best position，clamp the interface under the metal bed rail point,and then use the triangle screw to rotate into the the metal rod to fix the entire clamp.
- connect the provided rear clamps to the t-bar on the cover as shown in the figure.
- fix the rear clamp on the third cover as shown in the second cover.
- adjust the connection position of the rear clamp and t-bar according to the actual situation,open the cover and place it on the lathe, and push the rear clamp vertically to fix it to the rails on bath sides of the lathe.
- all clamps must be firmly in contact with the lip of the metal bed rail to ensure a firm cover.
- Finish the installation,after rear clamps have been latched securely,close/lock tailgate and cover cannot be opened from the outside.
- when it is necessary to completely fold the cover,place the rear clamps correctly clamping rubber block,and then fold it.

Very nice product, seems well made. First section nearest cab, fasteners are straight ahead easy to install. The next two fasteners on each side have the handle. IMPORTANT , The bolt goes thru the plastic opening then thread onto the bolt. That sentence will save you headaches and lots of time. Two of my handle fasteners didn’t line up with the plastic hole so I thought, ok it doesn’t go this way and proceeded threading on the handle w/o feeding thru plastic hole. Lots of wasted time doing over and trying to find video that shows in detail how it goes together. Finally found a video with this detail and YES it works.

Fit my truck and looks sharp
Husband –
Strong enough for my children to climb on top, but I still tell them to get off. Be aware, don’t put sand on top as the sand will get in the hinges that it will rub all the time and make it difficult to turn the panels. This is easy to remove if I ever need to carry something large to use the full bed of the truck. the seal is just too short in my opinion and it takes a couple of times to get the cover to sit just square all around and then make it tight to the bed.
