◕‿◕ If you use the cigarette lighter, please make sure the positive and negative poles at the connection between the cigarette lighter and the controller are separated, or it will cause a short circuit.
◕‿◕ If you power the strip light by connecting the positive and negative wire on the controller to the car battery directly, please connect the power cord to the position of fog light.
◕‿◕ Align the arrows on the connector.
◕‿◕ If the extension cable is a little longer, please don’t cut it. Just use the fixed tie to organize it.

How to set up the APP of the Car Underglow Lights?
Step 1: Download “LED Hue” in Google play or APP store.
Step 2: Please make sure your phone Bluetooth is turned on.
(Don’t connect the device on Bluetooth setting page! )
Step 3: Open the APP, pull down to refresh. Click the device “SP110E” to connect.
Step 4: Please make sure the parameter is: GRB, WS2811. Total pixels >=100 (2 strips)
PS: Android OS 6.0 or later version request a location permission when you connect Bluetooth or WIFI device!

Q1. Why does the strip light not turn on when powered?
1.Please check if the APP can find the device SP110E.
1) If the SP110E shows up:
- please check if the power button on the APP was turned off or if the brightness set to 0.
- Please check if you set the correct settings on the APP. It should be: G R B/ WS2811. Pixels: 200 or more.
- If all settings are correct, please check if the arrows between the strip light and bluetooth controller are aligned.
2) If the SP110E not show up:
- Please check if the power cable connected to the fuse was loose.
- Please check if the fuse connected to the cable of the controller was broken.
- Please cut a bit of the cable and reconnect it to the battery or cigarette lighter.
If this still not solve the problem, please ask us for a replacement controller. 2. Please check if the wires or led strip light were cut or damaged by external force.
Q2. Why does the strip light flash a second then off when power the controller? or only one side turn on?
- Please check if the power button on the APP was turned off or if the brightness set to 0.
- Please check if the power cable connected to the power was loose.
- please check if the arrows between the strip light and bluetooth controller are aligned.
- Please check if the wires or led strip light were cut or damaged by external force.
Q3. Why does the APP can’t connect the device SP110E?
- Please check if the power is 12V.
- Please check if the device SP110E connected in other phones.
- Please try to: Repower the controller—Redownload the APP— Open the APP (allow location permission)—Pull down to refresh—Click the SP110E to connect directly. (Please don’t connect the SP110E on Bluetooth Settings)

Some of the best underglow sets I’ve ever used. I work on customizing my car and also for others as side work. I often use these for people who ask me to install some affordable underglow. These are bright and have enough color combinations to please anyone. On an occasion or two, the light might have an issue with powering up or have a part missing. I’ve never had a problem getting a replacement sent out (after returning them) These are easy to install and are good quality. I still have the same set under my car for 4 years now and they’re still going strong. Worth checking out

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I installed this underglow kit on my 2014 Fj Cruiser and have been really impressed. I previously tried a few cheaper kits, including one from Brand X that lost adhesion within a week and another with dim lighting. This one is much better — it splits into two 20-inch strips, which gives great coverage on both sides of my truck without needing extensions.Installation was pretty straightforward. I cleaned the mounting surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry completely before applying the adhesive strips. The flexibility of the strips made it easy to fit around the contours under my truck. The wiring harness was intuitive and fit well with my existing setup. After about two months of driving through rain and dust, the strips are still firmly attached and the light output hasn’t dimmed at all. I’m very happy with the quality and durability for the price. Great product. The price can’t be beat and the quality seems to be there. It’s took me about 8 hours to install, but it was because I did a professional install. I used a fuse tap (not included) thats keyed to avoid a battery drain, and a replaced a blank factory plate with a switch so it looks professional inside as well. Outside after cleaning the car and rubbing down the locations where they would go with alcohol, I removed the fender flares, and bumpers to run the wires so everything is concealed. I used the 3m to stick it in place and then used all the little holders to lock it down. The screws that it came with were super hard wo work with, so I went and bought some nice stainless steel screws and used them instead. It looks great and hope they hold up, but my initial thought is that they are great buy. You get a lot for the money.

Looks great super easy install. 3m was super sticky and worked great. Just be sure to clean where you are applying really good. Then you won’t have any issues at all.

Amazon reviews are so difficult to rely on! Even if it has a high star count you’ll def see plenty of reviews cursing the existence of reviewed product as well as many glowing ones.First, if you have a grasp of the most remedial and basic wiring techniques you have a step up on 95% of the reviewers so keep that in mind. Most don’t have clue what they’re doing as well as doing the most lazy, cut-corner job and that right there will ruin any product. Also, no double sided tape that comes on these will stick to ANYTHING, and you should know that and expect to adhere them correctly.You MUST use silicone on ALL connection areas!!!!! Even the ones that thread on to each other, as well as the ends of each LED strip. I also go as far as to silicone every area the wiring or shielding connects to anything. Moisture will cause failure!!! The waterproof rating these companies use is useless. Sign companies would laugh at them because they know, rating or not, you have to use a silicone product to truly keep moisture out.Concerning issues with the Bluetooth connectivity.. if you have any issues, it’s your phone..not the product.In conclusion; if you have the desire to do a good job instead of the desperate need for attention in your car that you slap these on in an hour, these will work and look great for quite a while, depending on how much they’re exposed to constant moisture.I live in Seattle, where it’s been known to rain, and I always have them on, and I haven’t had any issues. Take your time, don’t splice any wires and tuck them correctly, make sure all areas are clean and before you start, have a plan as to how you’re going to route the wires, and you’ll be happy with them.Also, DON’T severely bend them because that too will cause damage and eventual failure.If you didn’t use plenty of silicone, VHB or other brand of HIGH QUALITY tape or mechanically fasten them and clean the install areas with a product that removes grease and dirt, you didn’t install them correctly, like the majority of the bad reviewers, and they will last a month tops.If you don’t have the time, patience or skill to do what’s mentioned above, have them installed by a automotive care facility. If you don’t want to pay for that and still can’t find the work ethic and pride to do a proper job then why bother with these? But if you take pride in doing a good job, have the time and products needed to do them right then these are the ones to get. They’re bright enough where they’re eye-catching in the daylight! The app is easy to use and has many cool settings. These also have the most LEDs you can have in this length of kit..300. Most others have half that. 5 stars!

The lights are great while they are working, unfortunately the controllers are not very reliable. This is the second set I’ve purchased the first controller failed in five months and this set the controller failed within the first 11 months.

Fail product.
The light volted not align with the presciption. Fail product. I am lucky i have not drive on the street. I put solid colour on the app, turnsout the light sparking on different colour. I just install it yesterday, and test it tonight.
