Install O2 bung at least 18″ downstream of turbo (if turbocharged)

Easy to install, reacts nearly instantly, instructions are well-written and exhaustive. I have this feeding the AFR input for a Megasquirt PNP2 controller and they are a happy couple. The hundredths place is a nice touch. I have this gauge mounted to my steering wheel column and I can roughly gauge my AFR while watching the road during white-knuckle pulls with the bright scrolling colored LEDs.

Works well, not water proof so if putting in off road car snake it removable or cover it when you wash.

I purchased one and it failed in short order, thankfully Amazon allowed me to return it. I purchased an Innovate MTX-L to replace it and it’s built better, the harness quality is better the gauge feels like higher quality.AEMs customer support was non existent, I’m glad it was because I’ve found a better solution.

Only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 is because it wasn’t packed great. The grease from the threads of the sensor was smeared in the box. And also I only bought it from here because with my prime it would be here 2 days from when I purchased it. I bought it immediately because I needed it quick and the next day it said my package may be delayed and my new delivery date was for 3 days later. That part was annoying. The gauge itself looks great. About to install and confirm it works.Some people said they didn’t get the white face like the description says but I did get mine.

Read the instructions carefully it is very important. After 2 replacement the gauge works great. I went to the muffler shop and had them weld the bung into the area specified by the instructions (that is very important) ran the wires to the gauge. Don’t tighten the gauge to tight even finger tight may be too much. I just barely tightened the nuts and it works great. Dusty and Anthony at AEM were great they helped me out a lot. Great purchase no regrets.

I love these wideband gauges by AEM but I will say I hate how quickly the sensors burn out on them, especially if you don’t have it placed into the exhaust at just the right angle. Any kind of moisture will destroy the sensor in no time.. literally like working the first day, second day burnt out.
