The see through window into the intake is an awesome added touch, and hands down this is the best product on the market for adding performance!

Let me start by saying this will not fit BMW 328i (E90/91) with the factory upraded headlights (HID/non-halogen). The ballist mounted on the headlight interferes with proper fitment. I had to “modify a hole in the front of the intake box to allow fitment. This does increase engine noise and throttle feels slightly more responsive. Quality of plastic does not feel like the best but it’s half the price of the afe intake kit. Far price from a company with a good reputation

Tried to install, fitment is incorrect and has gaps from the head where the filter enters to the box its self. Air is coming out and def not worth the price I spent will most likely uninstall and return/ replace it with another one.

If your car has the Xenon headlight (HID) option, the airbox will not clear the headlamp as another reviewer mentioned. Also, the mounting boss for the MAF sensor was too long and interfered with the female socket on the MAF. When fastened down all the way, the socket bottoms out before the MAF flange and thus bends the sensor. Additionally when they drilled the hole for the MAF, they bottomed the holesaw out in the tube below. There was a big semi circular chunk taken out of mine. Pretty sure you don’t want to create turbulence right at the MAF. Other issues- fastener holes not properly located, factory intake snorkel does not fit airbox inlet very well. It’s a real bummer- this one is so close. I’m tempted to keep it and deal with it, but it’s got too many little issues. I really wish the team at AEM had just been a little more thorough on this one.

Had to “modify” it a little because it was rubbing again my headlight but was well worth the money

The holes were too small for their own screws. The clear plate access hole wasn’t big enough and it doesn’t even fit in the designated area. Waste of time and money.

Made poor let cheap. Big gap where filter mounts to air box. Spend the extra money and go with AFe much more power and way better quality. You will not be disappointed!!
