What Forward Lower Control Arms Do
On the Nissan 350Z and Infiniti G35, the forward lower control arms:
-
Maintain front suspension alignment
-
Stabilize braking and acceleration loads
-
Control caster and wheel positioning
-
Reduce unwanted front-end movement
When bushings deteriorate, you’ll experience:
-
Clunking over bumps
-
Steering wander
-
Uneven tire wear
-
Reduced handling precision
Not ideal for a rear-wheel-drive platform built to corner.
What’s Included

For the first 6-7month it rides great but then the passenger side bushing started to fail. I ended up replacing it with oem control arms. It a great price for non lowered cars but if your car is lowered I recommend to go oem.

I’ve seen too many reviews and complains about the aftermarket control arms have slightly different cutout for the ball joint resulting improper fit and rattling, etc. I ordered 1 from Autozone and went through the exact same experience – ball joint rattles, the alignment was completely off, and traction disabled itself because it kept detecting slip. After some researches I decided to give this product a shot as the ball joint cutout seems almost identical to the OEM one, and I was correct! Everything fits perfectly like a glove, I went to the shop to check the alignment and adjustment was not needed.
