So far this has been a really great purchase! I came here after Detroit Axles shocks fell apart after only a week and me sounding like crunchy knee caps even going over the smallest bump. Wish Monroe had the front coils like this but I’ll be getting those elsewhere. I could feel the difference right after install they adjust to weight automatically and dont mess with the oem ride height. Just install and go. They are sturdy like the oem A/C Delcos heavy duty towing shocks. Im kinda sad I paid $127 for them to drop 40 bucks the next day but whatevs. Buy them!2004 GMC Yukon SLT 5.3 V8 4×4

This is my second set purchased, both for older model Yukons- amazing results, highly recommended. On the second Yukon, switched air suspension to these and the ride/stability is superb.

Amazing difference! Replaced for 2004 GMC Yukon XL with ZW7 smooth ride suspension and non electric non Z55 autoleveling Novamat shocks. Added about an 1 inches in the rear but it looks better that way. Much cheaper that the Novamat shocks and rides firm and smooth.

First off I purchased these for my 2005 GMC Yukon Denali XL. It had the air ride suspension but I was really sick of repairing that so I tried to figure an alternative. I used coil springs and bilstine shocks at first which was a nice ride but if I put any significant weight in the back it caused sag. After asking around a little bit someone told me about these coilover/strut like shocks. These work amazing! They bolted right in and are much stronger and more supportive then the shocks alone were. If you are thinking about adding these to your Yukon I highly recommend it! I don’t think it said they would fit, but they definitely do.

Easy swap. Will raise your end up almost 2 inches.

Great shocks…. they make a huge difference in the handling. EZ to DYI.

It helped with the extra weight that I was hauling pulling a 7000 pound travel trailer with my 2003 Chevy Tahoe. Plus I was also using airbags that went inside my coil Springs All in all it stabled out the ride for a long haul

Great value for the price. Works well on my Chevy Tahoe towing a 6000 pound trailer. Made the ride smooth with or without tower.
