Ford Escape (2007–2012)
Compatible with all trims including XLS, XLT, Limited, and Hybrid models.
Escape drivers rely heavily on their HVAC systems for year-round commuting, and a fresh MERV 13 filter drastically improves airflow efficiency and odor control.
Mazda Tribute (2008–2011)
Fits i, s, and Hybrid versions.
Mazda engineered these SUVs with compact HVAC housings that benefit greatly from a high-efficiency filter, especially in dusty or pollen-dense climates.
Mercury Mariner (2007–2011)
Works on Base, Premier, Hybrid, and all engine configurations.
The Mariner’s aging HVAC systems often struggle with airflow restrictions — a new CF10548 instantly restores performance and reduces fan noise.
Product description
Why a MERV 13 Cabin Filter Matters
While standard OEM filters often fall between MERV 6–8, this Certified filter jumps to MERV 13, meaning it captures far smaller particles at a significantly higher efficiency. Pair that with activated carbon, and your cabin air gets a massive upgrade.

Key Advantages
-
MERV 13 High-Efficiency Filtration
Captures contaminants down to 0.3 microns — including smoke particulates, fine dust, and allergens.

Absorbs exhaust fumes, VOCs, road odors, and pollutants before they enter the cabin.

Clean filters reduce blower motor strain, improve airflow, and help A/C systems cool faster.

Replaces 8L8Z-19N619-B and ZZCA-61-J6X with perfect sealing and fitment.

How Often Should You Replace It?
For vehicles in urban, dusty, or high-pollution environments, replacing a cabin filter every 10,000–15,000 miles is recommended.
If your SUV smells musty, fogs up easily, or the A/C feels weak, the filter is overdue.

Fit my 2009 Ford Escape XLS perfectly. Easy to Install, I re-checked after 1 week, still snug, fitting perfectly! Very happy with this purchase.

As embarrassed as I am to write this, I had no idea that the 2010 Escape that I bought for my daughter’s 16th birthday back in 2017 actually had a cabin air filter until I was looking for another part for her car and this popped up as a suggestion! So I guess the places I’ve gotten the oil changed didn’t know either! I can say that the directions do not correspond to my vehicle as the filter is not beyond the glovebox, but tucked away under the hood on the passenger side near the windshield. The filter seems to be well made and fit perfectly. I can’t believe that I was unaware this existed and don’t even want to speak on how the old one looked! Definitely an inexpensive routine maintenance item that you can DIY!

this product claims it has 4 layers. i doubt if it barely has 2. i’m sorry i bought it and won’t be buying another. the one i planned to replace is a much better and sturdier product. sad i am. i’ll probably have to change it in about 4-6 mo. :-{
