AEM 30-0301 X-Series Pressure Gauge, Black, 52mm
Analog & Serial Outputs
Perfect for:
-
Standalone ECUs (Haltech, Motec, AEM Infinity, Link, ECU Master)
-
Data loggers
-
AEM CD-Series dash displays
-
Boost/fuel safety systems
Works With Multiple Sensors
Compatible with AEM’s pressure sensor lineup:
-
0–100 PSI
-
0–150 PSI
-
0–500 PSI (specialty systems)
Why Builders Use the 30-0301
-
Shows true system pressure with no lag
-
Catches pressure drops before they become catastrophic
-
Integrates seamlessly with engine management
-
Essential for turbo tuning and E85 builds
-
More accurate than analog needle gauges
-
Designed for high-heat, high-vibration motorsport environments
This gauge replaces guesswork with real data.
Common Uses
-
Fuel pressure on turbo/E85 builds
-
Oil pressure on high-RPM engines
-
Boost pressure (when paired with correct sensor)
-
Coolant system pressure for track cars
-
Hydraulic/steering pressure on drift builds
A single gauge that fits nearly every critical system.
Installation Notes
-
Requires a compatible AEM pressure sensor
-
For oil pressure: use a remote hose (never mount sensor directly on the block)
-
For boost: T into a clean manifold vacuum/boost source
-
Keep wiring away from manifolds/turbos
-
Use analog output for ECU failsafes (highly recommended)
Typical install time: 30–60 minutes.
Final Verdict
The AEM 30-0301 X-Series Pressure Gauge (Black, 52mm) is one of the fastest, most accurate pressure monitoring tools available for performance vehicles.
Whether you’re tuning a turbo build, running high-pressure fuel systems, or protecting a track engine, this gauge provides the real-time clarity needed to keep your setup safe and performing its best.
If your build relies on stable pressure—and every serious build does—this gauge is a no-brainer.

Only issue I had was gauge was slim and vent pod I bought was too deep to just bolt in. But wiring was good quality and gauge works great, easy to see while driving. Glad I went with AEM.

Works great easy to read.

Update: 6 months down the road it keeps saying “SENS” been working fine till now. Nothing has changed since I installed it. I had to get test the fuel line with another gauge to be sure the pressure didn’t drop, which it did not. I think the sensor or the gauge went bad. Either way I don’t think there is a warranty and I do not see any links to contact seller.

i had to pay extra and get a new sensor Now it works

The cord from sensor to gauge is a bit short and can limit gauge location.

You can’t go wrong with AEM. A little expensive compare to other brands, but super accurate, well built

My car already had an AEM UEGO wideband installed. I decided to get this one to match, despite all the negative and mediocre reviews. I thought I’d just get the warranty and roll the dice. Don’t do what I did. The gauge worked fine on first use, second time driving the car the car the readings were all very low. I checked the voltage to the sensor and at the signal wire. The gauge is hooked up correctly, but the sensor voltage isn’t eight. I called AEM tech support, who directed me to remove the sensor and test it at various pressures. So now I’ve got to REMOVE the BRAND NEW PART, dig out my compressor and rig it up to the compressor just to find out if they’re going to replace something or make me jump through more hoops. This is a lot of extra time for something that I should have foreseen. It looks really good in there though.Update: I hooked the gauge up to my air compressor and checked various pressures as per AEM tech support. I started at 80 PSI and dropped pressure to test every 20 PSI, finally I tested 10 and 5 PSI. The gauge was very accurate, despite being out of specified range. Which is why I only increased to 3 stars. If you have the ability to test the gauge prior to install, do it. Unfortunately since the gauge is accurate, my engine is probably toast.
