I was able to fix my leaking timing gear on my 2jz. Toyota wanted $400 for a new gear, but then you’d need to take the front end of the vehicle apart and re-time the engine. I was able to replace these parts without doing any of that.I’m really satisfied with the quality and functionality.

Oring was a bit small, had to stretch it some to stay in place but otherwise perfect fit, no more leaks. 2jz not losing oil anymore. 10/10

I’ve done this job many times before you have to stretch out the ring with your hands a little bit. It seems wrong, but it’s the only way.

heat up the oring to stretch and use dielectric greese to help it stay in place. If you do this there will be plenty of time to assemble before the o ring returns to the original size. the ourside washer is of lesser quality than oem but seems to work fine. On first start up and cooling system fill i have noticed no leaks so far.
