Correct Fitment for Your Car
This lowering spring kit is verified for the 2005–2010 Scion tC (FWD, all trims that use standard suspension).
Make sure your vehicle is within those years and stock FWD platform for direct compatibility.
Megan Racing performance lowering springs are constructed of SAE 9254 cold wounded steel, one of the strongest materials available. The high tensile strength and phosphate powder coating delivers outstanding spring rates that are extremely durable and resist premature “sagging”.
Why Choose the MR-LS-STC05 for Your Scion tC?
-
Platform-specific: Designed for the 05-10 Scion tC, so you don’t risk mis-fit.
-
Balanced performance: Drop height and spring rate tuned for both looks and handling.
-
Durable build: Cold-wound steel + quality powder-coating for long term reliability.
-
Value: Big difference for relatively modest investment in suspension upgrade.
The result is a spring that specifically offers racecar handling, yet maintains smooth and comfortable ride characteristics. Carefully matched springs rates provide exceptional handling, response, control and balance. These springs offer a generous drop to your car while remaining very “street able” by having enough clearance to avoid bottoming-out; and the lowered center of Gravity improves performance and increases stability, as well as enhancing the appearance of the vehicle. (Note: spring rates and drop amount vary by different vehicle application and chassis load.).
If your 2005-2010 Scion tC is ready to level up from “stock ride” to “sharp driver,” the Megan Racing MR-LS-STC05 lowering spring kit delivers. Expect improved stance, better cornering feel, and that dynamic look you’ve been wanting — without turning your daily driver into a compromise.
Lower it. Drive it. Enjoy it.

I have this set in my 2007 scion tc, my friend has a 2006 tc and was impressed with my cars ride quality and performance. So here we are now he’s getting a set also. Very highly recommend this set if you want great handling, a lower ride hight then what most companies will offer and excellent quality..

2″ drop, no rubbing. Had to get them professionally installed because I know nothing about suspension. But overall the car rides noticeably lower, not as comfortable as stock springs but provide a clean look without being so low you scrape every time you ride over a bump. 5/5

The installation was straight forward. It says it’s a 2 inch drop but so far I’m dropped 2.5 inch. No complain there the only thing is they do cling on bumps thats really it.

I give this product a 3 star because the product said what it was suppose to do, drop 2 inches. I installed them myself with some friends and took us around 8 hours to finish. Not knowing what to do , we looked at a couple of YouTube videos and thought we’d recreate what we saw. I started at 11 and ended at 8 almost 9. Being my first time I install Springs, I have a squeak from the rear left strut and both back tires are now cambered. It’s been driving around for more than 50 milers and still haven’t dropped. I would say this is a good product just have someone professional to install them .

The springs are really good quality, a lot stiffer and a lot less body roll.
