At just a few inches tall, the SS10P fits easily under most car or truck seats. Its low-profile aluminum enclosure keeps it cool, durable, and stealthy, while still delivering bass you can feel. Ideal for tight interiors or minimalist builds.
Description of SS10P:
The SS10P is an all in one solution to give you great sounding bass in your vehicle without taking up a lot of space. This sub enclosure is only 3″ thick so that it can easily fit under your seat. The amplifier is built in, so installation and wiring is clean and simple. This is a true all in one subwoofer solution with the subwoofer built into the enclosure along with a top of the line amplifier built in as well.
We added high level inputs so you can install this with an aftermarket or factory system. The high level input allows you to install this even if you have no preamp outputs available.
The smart turn-on circuit will sense that an audio signal is present and turn on the amplifier. When you turn off your music signal the amplifier built into this subwoofer system will automatically turn itself off. Something else we did to make installation quick and easy is we put all the inputs and outputs on one side. This makes wiring neater and easier. Our competitor’s models are more challenging to install.

Description of RWK81:
The Rockville RWK81 8 AWG (American Wire Gauge) amp kit has the following diferences over other amp kits on the market at this cost point.
1. Our RCA cables are 100 % copper. These are top of the line RCA cables.
2. Better Resistance: The only thing that really matters with wires is the resistance rating. This is a measurement of conductivity and how much signal is loss per foot of wire. Since Rockville wires are made with around 3 times as much copper as any other wire at this cost point, these wires had a much better resistance rating which means they will transfer more power to your amps than the other brands.
3. We do not cheat you on the thickness of the wire. These are standard American wire gauge thickness. This is another reason our conductivity is better than anything else at this cost point. Other brands in the market place write 8 gauge, but cheat you on the thickness. We are honest about the thickness.
4. The Rockville amplifier installation kits feature a new soft abrasion proof insulating jacket. This rugged PVC outer jacket allows for 100% improved flexibility over standard power cables making them extremely easy to route through your vehicles interior, and it maintains exceptional resistance to grease and oil. The PVC outer jacket can with-stand an extreme temperature range of -40 to 220 degrees F.
The RCA signal transfer cables included in this kit feature blue and silver twisted pair technology in a clear outer jacket insulation skin. I installed this active subwoofer in my classic car, a 33-year-old E-Class convertible, and despite everyone insisting I needed to replace the stock speakers and add a separate amplifier, I believed otherwise. The stock speakers are fine—they just were never designed for today’s bass-heavy music. My theory was that if the deep bass tones were handled by the subwoofer alone, the system would perform well. And I was right.In fact, it exceeded my expectations. The original speakers now sound crisp and clear, and the entire car has a rich, deep bass that enhances any type of music. I could not be happier. I did not even tweak the subwoofer’s settings—once installed and powered on, it sounded incredible. I keep the remote power at its lowest setting, and it still delivers excellent results.Some say this subwoofer is just “okay” and too weak to make windows vibrate. My experience has been completely different—if you want vibrations, you can get them. In fact, you can make the whole car vibrate.Five stars from me. I just hope it lasts, but it feels solid and has a nice weight to it.

This subwoofer does a phenomenal job filling in the low end sound my stock system was missing! Crisp and punchy which I wanted due to the small amount of space I had! Fit perfectly right under my 14 CRV and with the remote wire wired it will indeed turn on and off by itself. Looking forward to many years of clean bass from this product!It came with everything needed to install as well will recommend to a friend if they need a subwoofer.

The bass output on this sub totally blew me away! I did not expect it to be anything special because of the price and size. I put this under the bench seat in my Ram 2013 Ram 1500 truck, and it can rattle the windows sometimes! Very solid build quality, and very easy to install. I love the included remote bass control knob with the blue power light. It also outputs very clean bass once you adjust your gain properly. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

This is the powered subwoofer to buy. So easy to set this up if you are installing them under your front seat. The box that this sub is incased in is really durable. It is a bit on the heavy side but it’s a metal box so you’d kinda have to expect that. The box itself is about 3 inches tall which you really can’t get much smaller then that in my opinion, anything small I would have to say isn’t going to produce a good clean bass punch. It’s nice having the option to run RCA cables or hook up the high end of it so it’s very versatile with all head units. 1 box hooked up sounds good, but hooking two under both front seats brought an amazing next level sound to my vehicle.

The sound is great for this small unit. Like others have said, it provides the missing low end for a stock system but isn’t going to rattle the doors or annoy the neighbors. The speaker high signal input is great so you can tap into the rear speaker wires instead of running a remote wire. The remote gain dial is handy to adjust bass volume on the fly without having to dig it out from under the seat. You can’t beat the cost for this unit and you don’t “get what you pay for.” It is a great speaker and I’m really happy with it.

I have had this installed in my car for just about a year. I have been very impressed with it’s performance so far. I was not expecting much since it is a small box with the amp built in. After hooking it up to my stock stereo the sound has been very impressive. It will not rattle your windows, although it does vibrate the mirror a little. It adds the bass that my stock stereo was missing. The only complaint I have is that I bought it to fit underneath my back seat, which it fits perfectly, but it doesn’t sound very good under the back seat. The volume level was much lower, I don’t really understand why but it is. Underneath the driver’s seat it sounds great so I will probably keep it there. For the cheap price if you are just looking to add bass and not shatter your windows, I definitely recommend this sub!
