Honestly, this is a really great sub for only $75! It fits great under the seat of my 3rd gen 4Runner, and if tuned right, it will blend super well with your existing system! I bought this since I was already replacing my head unit with a CarPlay/Android Auto unit, and I would already have everything taken apart. I was surprised to see that they sent all of the necessary wiring along with it, eliminating the hassle of making sure I have the correct gauge wire! Overall, I’m super impressed with this thing, and it has definitely made my sound system way better! Here are some specs from some tests I did and some tips to dial it in:The sub can comfortably produce tones down to 40Hz, and then it begins to taper off about -10db below 38Hz. That’s pretty impressive for a sub with such a small enclosure. To further extend the low end to about 37Hz, I just boosted frequencies below 40Hz in my EQ settings.I also noticed that at around 70-80Hz, its enclosure resonates the most, so to compensate a little for the volume change, i just reduced 70-80hz a tad in my eq to balance it out.If you run into the problem where you notice that you can hear where the sub is coming from, it can be a bit distracting when playing music because the bass will sound separate from the rest of the speakers. This is likely from the sub being allowed to reproduce frequencies above 90Hz (which is where humans can start to tell the direction of sound. To fix this, set the sub’s range to anything below 80-90hz, or simply turn the crossover knob on the sub if you don’t have the option in your car’s settings.Lastly, test the two positions on the sub’s phase switch (the 0/180 degree button). Depending on where the sub is in your car, the sound waves from your sub might be slightly canceled out by the rest of the speakers and sound shallow. This button inverts the sound wave. Test with it pressed and with it not pressed, and choose which makes the bass sound the fullest.

Over all a decent product for the price although the level of control is cheaply made and knob is too small

Thumps. This isn’t a joke. More bass than your ride can handle. Turn down the gain!

Back in my younger days, I built custom systems that could rattle loose bolts out of a car and make glass windows tremble a block away. Custom boxes, 2,500-5,000 watts of skull-shaking glory, and earplugs were standard gear. But now that I’m older (and maybe wiser), I’m not chasing earthquakes in my trunk anymore—my grandkids just want good music that still has a kick.I don’t stack up the 12” subs, 8” woofers, and a selection of mids and tweeters along with the rack of amps and equalizers. Those days are long gone for me.That’s why I picked up this slim 10-inch under-seat subwoofer. It tucks neatly under the driver’s seat—my seat—without interfering with movement, and installation was straightforward. In about 45 minutes, I had it wired into the stock radio, and after tucking cables, I was back on the road with extra low-end punch in about an hour. Now, let’s be clear: this isn’t the bass cannon of my youth. You won’t be feeling 20Hz rumbles in your bones or blowing out streetlights. But for its size, it adds just enough hit to music to make driving fun again. It fills out the sound, bringing back some of that bass body, and does so without consuming trunk space or requiring custom enclosures. The build feels solid, the controls are simple, and the included remote lets you adjust the level without needing to dive under the seat. Heat hasn’t been an issue so far, but I’d recommend leaving it some breathing room.Is it worth the money? For bass heads who want window-shattering lows—no. But for folks like me who just want to bring back some of that bass magic in a clean, compact, no-fuss package—it’s a solid upgrade. Think of it as “grown-up bass”: satisfying without being obnoxious.

Everything about this is good for what it is, but I have to dock a star because you simply cannot market an 8 inch woofer as a 10 inch in your title/listing, its misleading and unacceptable. For an 8 inch powered box, it’s really good but I don’t consider an 8 inch speaker to be an actual “subwoofer” in the context of car audio. This is really more like having an amplified 8 inch speaker or 6×9, but it is tuned for the lower frequencies somewhat, not that it does those incredibly well, it just lacks a tweeter or any ability to also cover the upper part of the full range.Other than the misleading title and marketing (actual RMS watts is also far, far less than their title claim), it is a good little box that can really round out your sound if you are in a car with 4 inch or 6×4 speakers, one or even two of these would really help round out the mids and provide an appreciable bump in the lower end of the audio spectrum, HOWEVER, if you already have 6×9 speakers in the doors then this is not doing to really do any better than that or go noticeably deeper or anything.I had one box almost identical to this in my Suzuki that has only two 4 inch speakers in the dash, adding one of these 8 inch powered boxes helped a lot, adding this second one will give me more volume for when the top is off the car and better stereo coverage.Again, it is quite good for what it is, it just isn’t anywhere near what they hype it up to be. It’s not a 10 inch driver, it’s not really a true subwoofer (it does NOT dig down to 20hz as claimed), and it sure as heck is not 1200 watts. As long as your expectations are in-check it’s still a nice addition to many cars but more of a mid-boost to me.Construction quality is good and installation is pretty straightfoward if you have done this sort of thing before.

Make sure to plug in the remote wire into your head unit and set to auto start if you use the RCA plugs it will not pickup on the RCA audio and turn on by itself. I got it all wired and plugged in it played one song then died. Power light still comes on fuses are all good idk what wrong with the thing.

Good way to make your car audio more dynamic without sacrificing space
Personally, I’ve always liked a little more thump to my music, but as I get older, lugging around a 12-inch Alpine Type-R in a bulky ported box, with a matching 500w RMS amp just didn’t seem practical anymore. My old combo took up way too much space in my trunk. I always had to remove the sub when going on road trips or transporting bulky items. This “litillbuly” package is an excellent way to preserve some of that low-end thump and complement your car’s stock sound system without taking up much space at all.First off, this slim car subwoofer is an all in one package – Subwoofer and built in amp. Based on the slim size, I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised with the decent weight right out of the box – usually the heavier the better when it comes to subwoofers and amplifiers alike. I installed it in a 2006 BMW X3, which coincidentally, has a perfect compartment underneath the trunk floor which fit it PERFECTLY. Now, I did have to modify the included brackets and drill a new hole in the car itself, but that was lightwork. I already had all the inputs from my previous subwoofer, so it was almost plug-n-play in my case. The power rating is all over the place. The ad title says 1200w, the description says 1000w, and the label on the back of the sub says 2000w lol. What’s important is that for the size, and especially the price, it is impressive. I am not an audiophile, but I’ve installed high quality audio equipment as a hobby for the past 15 years, and this slim subwoofer does a great job of recreating low-end notes with decent fidelity, as much as a non-ported 10-inch sub can, anyways.Music is a lot more dynamic and fills up the space similar to a home theater system. Basically, it made my old car sound system feel a bit better than an OEM sound system from a 2025 model, at least in terms of bass. I will mention that installation location plays a large part into how this system will sound. Mine is behind the rear seats, with the OEM carpeted trim panel overtop. If I had installed it under my driver’s seat, I’m sure it would unleash a lot more thump. I am considering getting a new trim panel from the junkyard and carving out a 10-inch opening for the speaker itself, but that’s a future project. The kit comes with power wire, RCA wire, an adapter to tap into your car’s original speakers for sound input (what I used), a fuse, and old-school sound volume knob controller. Very good value when you add up all these extra accessories, that would cost a lot on their own. The volume knob basically controls the gain, overriding the physical setting on the amp itself. I am happy overall, and for the price, I don’t think you could get anything better, at least not new, and certainly not as low-profile.

Great excpect mine was missing the ground cable…
This little sub is a great addition to add a bit more punch to your sound system without compromising on space. The unit includes both the sub and amp in a single small package. Growing up I always had a sub and amp in my trunk, I loved how it sounded but took up so much space. Last time I got a new car I decided to not add it in as I need the space but have been missing the thump a sub provides. The sub mostly fits under my seat but it is tight. I do wish I could push it in a little further as a passenger in the back seat can see it and touch it with their feet. However this is more a limitation on my car than the sub. As mentioned in the title, mine seems to be missing the ground cable so I had to source one myself, hopefully this is a one off thing and I just got unlucky. Setting it up is quite easy, especially since the amp is built in, no need to find a separate place to mount it. There are some controls to fine tune the sound right on the unit, it also includes a remote for the overall sub level which can be mounted elsewhere for easy access. The sub itself has a built in grill which protects it, this is great as it will likely be in an enclosed area if used under a seat as intended. Sound wise I am quite happy with it, it really adds to the overall sound in the car without being too much. It is not as loud as some of the systems I have had in the day but perfect for adding more punch without taking up all the space.Overall I am quite happy with this sub and amp unit, it is super small, sounds good, easy to install, and includes everything you need (expect mine was missing the ground cable). Definitely a good option if space is limited but want to add to a basic sound system.

Compact Powered Subwoofer with Big Sound
I ordered this litillbuly 10 Inch Powered Subwoofer to upgrade the sound system in my 2002 Firebird. I’ve already upgraded the head unit to an Android radio and replaced the OEM speakers with higher quality ones, but the system lacked low end punch because it doesn’t have a dedicated sub and there’s nowhere in the car to mount one unless I take up the trunk space where the T-tops are stored, and I didn’t want to do that. This litillbuly 10″ powered subwoofer is very compact measuring just 14″ x 10.25″ x 3″ thick so it can be mounted under the driver or passenger front seat so it’s out of the way and not taking up any of the already limited trunk space. The speaker box feels very solid and well made and has a metal grill to protect the sub. The system includes all the necessary cables for installation (power cable, control cable, RCA cable, ground wire, high level input). It also includes an inline fuse, remote volume control knob as well as mounting brackets and screws.Installation was pretty straightforward but it did take me about 4 hours from start to finish because I removed the driver seat so that I had better access to the area and was able to neatly route all the cables under the center console to the head unit. Overall sound quality is much better than I expected it to be and the low end punch has been greatly improved. It’s not the window rattling bass of a competition sound system (not that I would expect that from a powered subwoofer at this price point) but it is noticeable and it adds more depth with almost no distortion. My only complaint is with the inconsistent power rating claims. This subwoofer is noted as being, 1200W in one spot, 1000W in another and 2000W on the sub box itself. That’s obviously the peak power rating and RMS power is much lower (likely closer to 250-300W) but I can’t say for sure without opening the box to check the speaker. Either way, I’m still very impressed with how much better my audio system sounds now so I’m happy that I ordered this. This gets a recommended and 4.5 out of 5 stars.
