✅ Vehicle Fitment
Designed for:
-
Lexus IS300
⚠ Confirm transmission configuration (MT vs AT) and fan setup before ordering.
What Is a “Triple Pass” Radiator?
Unlike a standard single-pass radiator, a triple-pass design routes coolant across the core three times before exiting.
This increases:
-
Coolant contact time
-
Heat exchange efficiency
-
Overall thermal stability under load
It’s not marketing fluff — it’s fluid dynamics.
Megan new “V2” radiators introduce a multi-pass internal flow construction forcing the engine coolant through the exchange element 3 times allowing for a greater heat exchange especially during track and/or forced induction applications. Cooling is absolutely crucial during high performance driving. Maintained high load, high RPM instances dramatically increases heat produced by the engine requiring a lot more from the vehicle’s cooling system.
Megan Radiators are comprised completely of aluminum. From the tanks to the primary core. Aluminum tanks are a great upgrade over the plastic usually found on factory radiators which are known to crack and leak especially as they age. The larger heat exchanging core is not only more efficient at transferring heat from the coolant, but also increases total coolant carrying capacity.
Why Upgrade from Stock?
OEM radiators can:
-
Develop cracked plastic end tanks
-
Struggle with track use
-
Heat soak under aggressive driving
-
Lose efficiency with age
An aluminum triple-pass setup increases durability and cooling performance.
Designed to as a complete bolt-on application, Our radiators are designed to comply with factory components such as fans and A/C condensers however due to the slight increase in overall size. Upgrading to high capacity, slim radiator fans is suggested.

IS300 Triple Pass Aluminum Radiator Performance Benefits
-
Lower coolant temps
-
Better stability during track sessions
-
Ideal for boosted 2JZ builds
-
Improved cooling in hot climates
If you’re turbocharging your IS300 or tracking it, cooling upgrades are not optional.
Installation Notes
-
Verify hose routing for triple-pass configuration.
-
Inspect thermostat and hoses during install.
-
Properly bleed cooling system (2JZ cooling systems can trap air).
-
Use OEM-spec coolant.
Boost is fun. Overheating isn’t.
Improves cooling efficiency by 35 – 45% temp; Compatible / Replacement For 2001-2005 IS300 (XE10 1St Gen); Confirmed clearance for 2JZ-GTE swaps with associating swap radiator hose kits
Aluminum radiators mark a modern advancement in cooling. Not only does the material dissipate heat at close to double the rate compared to brass, but also reduced the overall weight of the vehicle and provides a stronger and more durable core and tube design
