Integrated LCD Display
The 4.3-inch screen remains discreetly positioned within the mirror and displays video when activated. The rest of the housing functions as a conventional reflective rearview mirror.
Its 480 × 272 resolution is adequate for parking and reversing assistance, although it should not be marketed as HD. Numbers remain stubbornly factual like that.
Dual RCA Video Inputs
Two composite RCA inputs allow connections for combinations such as:
- Rear backup camera
- Front parking camera
- Cargo or trailer camera
- Side-view camera
The reverse-trigger circuit gives the backup-camera input priority when Reverse is selected. Camera switching and operation depend on the final wiring configuration.
Factory-Style Installation
The supplied adapter is designed to attach to a compatible windshield mirror mount. Once secured, the mirror replaces the original interior assembly for a cleaner appearance than a strap-on monitor.
This kit does not create a windshield mounting point where none exists. Vehicles with cameras, microphones, automatic dimming, compass displays, temperature displays, emergency-assistance controls or driver-assistance sensors integrated into the factory mirror may lose those functions.
Installation Requirements
Installation generally requires:

Route video wiring away from ignition components and high-current wiring that may introduce image interference. Important Camera Notice
A backup camera is not identified as included with this mirror monitor. Unless the specific package states otherwise, the RCA camera, extension cable and any vehicle-specific adapters must be purchased separately.
The display is a reversing aid only. Continue checking the mirrors, windows and surroundings before moving the vehicle.
