Replace Headlight Bulbs in Pairs

Installation Notes
- Turn off the headlights and allow the existing bulbs to cool.
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal when recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
- Remove the rear headlight cover or retaining hardware.
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the old bulb.
- Remove the bulb without forcing or rotating components not designed to move.
- Install the new bulb without touching its glass capsule.
- Reconnect the wiring and reinstall all seals or covers.
- Test both high- and low-beam functions.
- Check headlight aim after installation.
Oil transferred from bare skin can create a hot spot on the quartz glass and shorten bulb life. Handle each bulb by its plastic base or wear clean gloves.
