I was very impressed with the quality of the pump and the price. It arrived 1 day earlier than expected, it was a perfect fit. The only thing I noticed, my fuel gauge is off about an eighth according to my old pump. the truck had 1/4 tank of gas (just in case I had to drop the tank) but I removed the bed instead. When I installed the new pump it showed between a 1/8 and 1/4. Still to my advantage. I am so happy it hasn’t run this good in quite awhile, 147,700.5 miles and going strong. Fuel Gauge was accurate.One bolt was missing for the ground wire inside that connects for the Gauge. So check and/or tighten all bolts inside before installation.

98 F150 would only run when temperatures were cool outside. When it warmed up, it would stop running. Traced it to fuel pump. Replaced fuel pump with this and problem resolved. This part was a direct fit with no modifications needed.

Getting to it, however, was a bear with dropping the fuel tank. I could not remove my truck bed due to having a bed liner, camper, and a bed full of tools.
