Great quality. Feel safer wearing these when sxs riding as the original KRX seatbelts didn’t feel so safe. Super comfortable with the shoulder pads. I was unsure if I wanted to buy the 2” or 3” but bought the 2” as I saw it seems to fit women better and not be as bulky and I’m glad I went with 2”. The function of the ez release makes it so convenient to change fitting for different riders or if you need to learn toward it makes for quick transition. The metal latch is great quality as I prefer that over the buckle. Worth the money for sure! Very happy with the 50 Cal harness!

This harness was purchased for my husband, who somehow owns multiple track cars and is actively building another one because apparently free time is optional. He’s been wanting to upgrade from stock seat belts to a proper harness for added safety, but didn’t want something that would be a nightmare to install or commit to one car forever. This ended up being a great middle ground.First off, the quality is excellent. The straps feel thick, sturdy, and well-made, and the padding is genuinely comfortable. This is the 2-inch version, and it strikes a nice balance between feeling secure without being bulky or restrictive. Nothing feels scratchy or stiff, and the padding keeps the straps from digging in, even when fully tightened.Installation was surprisingly straightforward. All the hardware is included, the instructions are clear, and the whole process was simple enough that even I could install and remove it without turning the garage into a stress zone. The big win here is that it’s easy to uninstall too, which is perfect if you want to move it between cars or don’t want a permanent setup.Fit and adjustability are where this really impressed us. My husband is about 5’10” and 230 lbs, and I’m 4’11” and around 140 lbs, and this harness adjusted comfortably for both of us. That’s not always easy with safety gear. The straps adjust smoothly and hold their position once set, with no slipping or awkward pressure points. The quick-release latch is another standout feature. It’s much easier to use than some other racing harnesses that require lining up multiple metal tabs just right. This one clicks in cleanly and releases quickly, which is exactly what you want when you’re strapped into a bucket seat.Overall, this feels like a well-designed, thoughtfully made harness that prioritizes comfort, safety, and usability. For off-road or track use, it offers great value for the price, especially considering how easy it is to install, adjust, and remove. If you’re looking to upgrade from stock belts without overcomplicating things, this is a solid choice.

Performance & Fit:A 4‑point harness with 3‑inch wide straps and a quick‑release buckle offers effective occupant restraint under aggressive driving or trail riding by anchoring at the shoulders and hips, which helps keep the driver securely in place during hard accelerations, cornering, or rough terrain. These harnesses are typically universal fitments that install to reinforced anchor points, roll cages, or harness bars on vehicles that support bucket seats or dedicated mounting hardware.Pros:Quick‑release buckle: Makes entering and exiting the vehicle fast and convenient, which is especially useful for frequent stops or competition settings.3″ wide straps: Provide good surface contact and load distribution, enhancing comfort and reducing pressure on the shoulders compared with narrower belts.Universal compatibility: Works with many off‑road and racing vehicles (UTVs, rock crawlers, roll‑cage builds) when proper mounting points are available.Multiple color options: Adds personal style and visibility inside the vehicle.Cons:Installation required: You’ll need proper mounting points or a harness bar/roll cage to fit these safely; generic hardware packs may require adaptation. Not full racing spec: Budget 4‑point harnesses are often less feature‑rich than premium FIA/SFI‑rated sets used in sanctioned motorsports events.Safety caveat: A 4‑point harness improves containment compared with a 3‑point belt, but for serious track use or high‑impact events, 5‑ or 6‑point systems with proper head‑and‑neck support are generally recommended by safety professionals.Summary:A 3″ quick‑release 4‑point harness like this is a solid upgrade for off‑road vehicles, race cars, or weekend builds where better restraint and ease of use are desired. It enhances security and comfort on rough trails or spirited driving, though proper mounting and safety considerations should guide your choice of harness type.

Very thick and stout straps! This racing harness is really well made. The hardware and bolt ends are thick and durable, and the strap material itself feels really good. It’s pretty comfortable and the shoulder pads are soft. For the price and build quality I’d definitely recommend!
